It is similar to a light dried blood colour and is one of the few red inks available anywhere that is partially waterproof. When washed under water is loses some of the yellow tones and turns a darker red colour. Noodler's inks are handmade, which can result in minor color variations between batches. This ink is part of Noodler's "V Mail" line of inks
